1Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes, you will need to book an appointment. This is to ensure each bride gets the undivided time and attention she deserves from our bridal consultants.
2What happens if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?
There is a €25 consultation fee for each consultation. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we can refund this fee with up to 48 hours notice.
3Is there parking at your Showroom?
Yes, there is ample private, free, off-street parking for our customers.
4What price range are your dresses?
Our Sample collections currently range in price from €500 to €1,000. Our Re-order collections currently range in price from €1,000 to €2,500
5What size do you cater for?
We cater for all shapes and sizes. Our collections currently range from size 6-30. Dresses from the re-order collections can be ordered in sizes 2-36.
6Do I need to bring anything with me?
If you would like to bring a particular pair of shoes or type of underwear that you'd like to try on with your bridal gown please feel free to do so.
7How far in advance should I shop for my dress?
Most brides will start shopping about a year before their big day. We recommend leaving it no later than 8 to 9 months before your wedding. After ordering, dresses can take 6 to 7 months to arrive & we usually recommend starting your alterations 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding. If you are a last-minute bride we can offer ‘rush-order’ facility available from most of our designers and a large number of Off the Rail sale gowns.
8Do you provide an Alteration Service?
We offer a full list of dress makers all over Ireland that we have compiled from recommendations of past brides. It is your full responsibility to book any appointments with them separately to Smart Brides.
9Can I buy a sample wedding dresses online?
Yes! We sell our sale sample dresses and will ship to Ireland and overseas. To view these dresses, visit the sale section of our website. Sample sale dresses start from €500.
10Terms and Conditions - Buying online
RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund up to 14 days from when you receive your goods. The product must be in the same condition it was sent with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn. Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge. There will be a €50 admin charge. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are sent by GLS on a tracked service. All delivery charges will be calculated automatically online at 'checkout'. We will deliver your order within approximately 5 working days (inside Ireland). Please note delivery outside Ireland may take up to 28 days. If your order is returned to us 'undelivered' or 'not collected' due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
